To determine the best animated movies, we’ll use the metric of highest-rated. In this case, the best animated movie ever is Toy Story 2. It beats out classics like Snow White, with a Rotten Tomatoes rating of 100%.
It’s tough to determine the best cartoon movies of all time because it will always come down to personal preference in the end. That being said, my personal favorite is “Inside Out” – no surprise that Pixar has somewhat of a monopoly when it comes to popular animated movies. The movie does an amazing job of personifying a little girl’s emotions and through this, Pixar has been able to create an effective and relatable way of communicating the various emotions we experience on a daily basis.
