Visit the PM Grievance Portal website. You have to fill up the required details correctly such as,

- Sub-locality
- Locality
- Country
- State
- District
- Pincode
- Mobile Number
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Are you an Ex-Service Man
- Security Code
Once you have filled up all the details then click the save button. Now you will be redirected to the page where you have to create username and password.
How to File a Complaint to the Indian Prime Minister Online?
The first step is login to the PM Grievance Portal. The website will look like the below image. Still, If you haven’t created the account in PM grievance portal then create first.
If login is successfully then you will be redirected to the dashboard where you can know the status of your complaints.
In the sidebar, you can find so many options. On that, you have to click the “Lodge Public Grievance” option. Before lodging a complaint, you have to read out the terms and conditions carefully and accept that.
You will be redirected to the complaint page where you have to select the service you want to complaint. The services are,
- Posts
- Telecommunications
- Banking
- Insurance
- Health & Family welfare
- External Affairs
- Petroleum & Natural Gas
- Others (Min/Depart/Stae Govt)
For example, I have chosen “Telecommunications”. The website will list out the subcategories available under Telecommunications. You have to choose the service you want to complain about.

You can track the complaint status online using the PM Grievance Portal. Enter your registration number, mobile number, and security code.
