Karthick Sivakumar is the original name but he is known by his stage name “Karthi”. I hope all of you know that Karthi is the brother of Actor Suriya. Karthi was born on 25 May 1977 and he finished his schooling in Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan and St. Bede’s Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, Chennai.
After that, He gained a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringEngineering College, Chennai. Do you know? Karthi worked as a Engineering consultant in Chennai and his salary was Rs.5000 only so he think I need to do something more.
He went for Higher Studies in United States for Master Degree in Industrial Engineering. While studying Master Degree he also took
filmmaking as a additional course. In New York, Karthi worked as a Part-Time graphic designer.
First, he joined as a assistant director for Mani Ratnam but somehow he started acting movies and Tamil peoples also love him. Now, he is a full time actor.
