To apply small marginal farmer certificate, you need to have an account in Tnesevai and you need to have a CAN number.
The first step is login to the Tnesevai website. The website will look like the below image.

Once you have successfully logged in to the Tnesevai website, you will be redirected to the dashboard page where you have to click the “Revenue Department” link because small marginal farmer certificate comes under “Revenue Department”.

On the Revenue Department page, you have to change the dropdown value from “10” to “25” because then only you can find the “REV-117 Small Marginal Farmer Certificate“. Click that ink.
